Details of Hostel/Guest House Accommodation

Accommodation requests are now closed.  If you have opted for accommodation, you will recieve a notification soon.

Note:

  1. Accommodation will be provided on a first come - first serve basis

  2. In Kabini guest house, you may be assigned either 3 or 6 sharing depending upon the availability

  3. Distances as measured from NIMHANS Convention Centre (Venue)

  4. The payment should be made directly to either NIMHANS/St Johns’ medical college guest house at the time of check-in

  5. 24h check-in-check-out

  6. A valid ID proof should be produced at the time of check-in
